Ingredients
Maida / all purpose flour – 2 cups
Oil – 1 tspn
Salt as required
For Stuffing
Finely chopped cabbage – ½ cup
Finely chopped onions – ½ cup
Finely chopped carrots – ½ cup
Chopped spring onions – ¼ cup
Finely chopped garlic – 3 nos
Soya sauce – 1 tspn
Pepper powder – 1 tspn
Water – ½ cup
Salt to taste
Method
♥ Take maida / all purpose flour in a
bowl.
♥ Add oil, salt and sprinkle some water to it.
♥ knead it to soft dough and keep it aside.
♥ Heat a tbspn of oil in a pan.
♥ Then add the finely chopped garlic and sauté it.
♥ Now add the finely chopped cabbage, onions, carrots and spring
onions.
♥ Throw in ½ tspn salt, 1 tspn pepper powder and 1 tspn soya sauce
and sauté it well until the vegetables are half cooked.
♥ Now take the dough and divide it into small equal balls.
♥ Roll them into little circles and stuff them with the above
prepared vegetables mixture to make momos.
♥ Fold the momos in desired shapes.
♥ Now take a steam cooker and pour some water in and place the
momos in steaming pan and place it inside the cooker and cover it.
♥ Steam cook the momos for 5 mins.
♥ Serve the momos with tomato ketchup.
