I see it staring at me and smiling,

Is that a halo around it you see?

Sailing across the huge sky,

Lonely wanderer of the nights,

My heart raises over to touch,

Is it the same moon we are watching?

Make a wish, to be together,

Exchanging the secret messages through,

Go, go moon, consign it safely,

Come back with a happy note tomorrow,
