A Secret Heart - Part 10

After two years, prithvi got placed in a multi national company and settled in Singapore. Sruthi married someone as her parents wish.

                One day prithvi’s mom talked to him about his marriage.

Prithvi’s mom: Prithvi, I want you to get married soon. I have chosen a good girl for you and I wish to see your marriage before my life ends in this earth. I hope you will fulfill your mom’s wish.

                Prithvi refused to marry other girl cos he still loves maya.

Prithvi: Mom, how many times I have to tell you that I don’t want to marry now. Don’t talk about my marriage anymore.

                Prithvi’s mom insists.

Mom: You are my only son. Like other parents I too wish to see my son’s marriage. Please understand. You just chat with that girl once and I am telling definitely you will like her.  If you don’t like her, let’s stop proceeding.

                She felt very sad and hurt. Prithvi understood his mom’s feeling and agreed to chat with that girl. Prithvi’s mom gave the girl’s mail id to prithvi.

                Prithvi sent a mail to that girl.

“Hi this is prithvi, I hope your parent’s would have told about me to you. If you don’t mind, fix a time and inform me so that we can chat further to know about us well. Reply ASAP. Bye”

                He got a reply,

“Hi, as you said my parents already told me about you a little. Lets chat online today at 5p.m in detail. Thanks and bye”

                At evening 5.30p.m, prithvi came late for the chat session. He sent,

Prithvi: Hi, you there? Sorry for late. I was stuck up in meeting at my office.

                At the other end, it was maya waiting for him.
